The experience I had with MonaVie RVL on the Friends and Family program was very eye opening. The products are tasty and convenient. I have tried nearly every diet under the sun for almost 30 yrs and this is the first one that showed results. Within two weeks of other diets, I would not see results or was feeling deprived so would quit. Not on MonaVie RVL! Not only did I see the weight drop, I felt better and more energized. I have never been one to count calories, but I didn't think I had terrible eating habits. HA! I discovered how much “mindless” eating people, including me, do.

MonaVie RVL did not make me feel full like I was used to feeling, but I wasn't ever hungry unless I was late on my eating timeline. It curbed nearly every craving and made me realize I do not have to eat until my stomach hurts. Quality, not quantity, is what I focus on now. I can see continuing with MonaVie RVL even after hitting my goal, just for the nutritional value and convenience.

I found that being accountable really made a big difference for me, so I have been working on staying focused now.  I wanted to be a part of the Friends and Family study because I have health issues and could not do simple tasks such as walking up three flights of stairs without having to stop to catch my breath. For someone who was 42, it was really quite sad. I was not participating in life, felt bad about myself all of the time, and was generally unhappy. Losing weight has helped me gain confidence, feel strong not only physically, but emotionally, and I can see summer coming with me getting out and enjoying it. I love the outdoors, but I have not been able to hike or do much of anything due to my limitations.

I will hit my goal. I have lost 35 pounds and have 60 pounds to go. My sister will hit her goal, of that I have no doubt. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product line, not just for the weight loss but for the nutrition. I know that has a lot to do with feeling so good and so balanced.
