Prior to this appointment, Blake served as Associate General Counsel for MonaVie and was responsible, in part, for the company's international legal operations. Most recently, Blake served as General Manager of MonaVie Israel. Under his strong leadership, Blake was responsible for launching full-business operations in Israel in March 2009. Blake has earned a B.S. degree in finance from Utah State University and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. Before joining MonaVie, Blake practiced law in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Prior to this appointment, Gavon served as Director of New Market Development for MonaVie since October 2008. As Director of New Market Development, Gavon was responsible for the opening and successful launch of new international markets. He has 15 years of international development and sales experience opening markets in Africa; South America; Southeast Asia; and Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. Gavon earned his MBA from the University of Utah.
