  3. 3. After 60 days, get your Life Score again. If your score does not improve, MonaVie will refund the cost of the VIEW certified products (less shipping and handling costs) you purchased during the 60-day period.

In order to take advantage of the MonaVie VIEW Certified Product Money Back Guarantee, distributors or preferred customers must adhere to the following requirements:

  1. The MonaVie VIEW Certified Product Money Back Guarantee applies to MonaVie VIEW certified products only.
  2. You must receive your initial Life Score from a MonaVie VIEW Antioxidant Scanner before you begin taking the VIEW certified products. This VIEW money back guarantee does not apply to products purchased previous to the initial Life Score scan.
  3. You must set up an AutoShip order with one or more of the VIEW certified products before, during, or no later than seven (7) calendar days following your initial Life Score scan.
  4. You must begin taking one or more of the VIEW certified products at the recommended daily servings as directed on the packaging upon receipt of your product following your initial scan and for at least sixty (60) days before your subsequent scan. The subsequent scan must be taken no earlier than sixty (60) days and not later than sixty-seven (67) days after the initial scan.
  5. The money back offer is valid for individuals who have not taken VIEW certified products seven to ninety (7–90) days prior to their initial scan, and is applicable when no lifestyle changes have been made to decrease antioxidant intake or increase free radical exposure as compared to each individual’s baseline measurement, (such as tobacco use or significant increase to BMI).
  6. Your initial and subsequent Life Scores will be viewable on the MonaVie VIEW Antioxidant Scanner website at www.monavie.com. If your score has not increased from the time you were initially scanned and you have met all other criteria as described herein, you may submit a written request using the “VIEW Certified Product Money Back Guarantee” form for a total refund of the purchase price of the VIEW certified products purchased during the 60-day period (less shipping and handling costs); the written request must be postmarked within three (3) business days of your subsequent scan. The refund will be restricted to only products consumed by one person during the 60-day period as based upon the recommended usage as printed on the product labels.   7. As per the MonaVie Policies and Procedures (section 7.5), should any VIEW certified products be returned through the MonaVie VIEW Certified Product Money Back Guarantee, "any bonuses attributable to the returned product(s) will be deducted from the bonus period in which the refund is given, and continuing every pay period thereafter until the bonus is recovered from the distributors who received bonuses on the sale of the refunded products."
  8. Preferred customers are customers of a MonaVie distributor who have been registered by the distributor to purchase MonaVie products through the MonaVie AutoShip program. A preferred customer cannot be a MonaVie distributor
