“This week has been challenging, exciting, and full of changes! My weight loss has leveled off, so now it’s pure fat-burning time. I figured I’d need more exercise, so tomorrow I’m going to do an extra 15 minutes a day just to be sure that I’m taking it up a notch.
“I’ve been consuming more greens and fiber at dinnertime. Things like almonds, yogurt, and spinach are now part of my meal. I’ve been eating only rabbit or turkey for protein, but I’ll add some other lean meats and carrots. I haven’t eaten anything fried or pre-cooked in almost a month. My cravings haven’t come back and I get less anxious around dinnertime. In fact, I tend to feel full with less food each week. I make sure I eat two almonds and a spoonful of yogurt before dinner.
