October Ruby Fly-In Recap

Distributors gathered at the Zermatt Resort & Spa in Midway, Utah, for the final Ruby Fly-In of the year, October 1–4. As with every Ruby Fly-In, distributors heard from a variety of corporate representatives, including Vice President of Product Management Jeff Graham, who provided information on new MonaVie Pulse.

Newly appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Distributor Services Steven King reported that MonaVie sales agents are responding quicker than ever to the more than 20,000 phone calls from distributors each week, thanks to the recent implementation of a new distributor support strategy.

Following the implementation of the new strategy, MonaVie Distributor Support has improved its response rate, answering distributor calls without putting them on hold 70 percent of the time. Part of the new initiative also calls for the cross-training of sales agents, so distributor calls are transferred less frequently. In other words, agents will know how to address your concerns right away. A recent study conducted by Distributor Support found that calls were transferred only five percent of the time, a considerable improvement over previous months.

According to King, improvements are also being made to the Black Diamond and Ruby Executive support lines to increase distributor satisfaction. "Agents working with our Ruby and Black Diamond Executives are not under the same time restraints," says King. "It's not about quick phone calls; it's about building your business."

Agents are rewarded for taking the time to effectively meet the needs of executives, making a 40-minute telephone call, when necessary, more valuable than a two-minute call. Expect to see noticeable changes the next time you call Distributor Support.

MonaVie congratulates all those distributors who earned a spot at one of our Ruby Fly-In events in 2008. The next Ruby Fly-In retreat will be February 4-7, 2009.

MonaVie's Newest Blue Diamonds—Andreh and Jackie Davoudi

Congratulations to Andreh and Jackie Davoudi from Tujunga, California, on achieving the rank of Blue Diamond Executive. Here's what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone...

"Our MonaVie business has helped us gain control over our time and future. We want to thank Lynda Sanchez and everyone else who helped us achieve this goal. We also want to thank our downline for the commitment and support they've shown.

"We host tasting parties, sell product, and share the MonaVie opportunity relentlessly. Our favorite part about MonaVie is the relationships we've gained by being part of a team. The great thing is that our journey with MonaVie has only just begun!"

MonaVie's Newest Blue Diamonds—Lisa and Danny Newcomm

Congratulations to Lisa and Danny Newcomm from Windermere, Florida, on achieving the rank of Blue Diamond Executive. Here's what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone...

"When our cousins presented MonaVie to us, we did a lot of background research. We were looking for faults but were simply blown away by the product, the company, and the amazing compensation plan. We've never seen an opportunity like MonaVie and probably won't ever again in our lifetime.

"We were so excited about the simplicity of the opportunity but knew that it would require hard work and perseverance. We keep each other motivated and stay connected to our fabulous upline, which helps us tremendously every step of the way. The business has been far from boring, and we have made many incredible friends along the way who have become like family.

"Our advice for others is don't move your magnifying glass! There is a story that tells of two kids trying to start a fire with magnifying glasses. Both found a brown patch of grass to focus on. One caught fire quickly, but the other grew impatient and quit. Little did he know that if he held that magnifying glass in place for a split second longer, he, too, would have created fire. Be patient and persevere. Don't worry about how long it might take you. Focus on staying the course and it can happen. We'll see you at the top!"

MonaVie's Newest Blue Diamonds—Mike and Lisa Todd

Congratulations to Mike and Lisa Todd from Allen, Texas, on achieving the rank of Blue Diamond Executive. Here's what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone...

"MonaVie was an answer to our prayer. We fell in love with the product and the positive affect it had on our overall sense of well being. Naturally, we began sharing MonaVie with people we care about.

"Reaching Blue Diamond is not something we did alone. We have been blessed with an incredible team of people who each have their own precious talents and personalities. The corporate and distributor support staff are phenomenal. We also had a proven system to follow, so there was no need to blaze our own path; we just followed the leaders.

"MonaVie is a unique product that everyone can benefit from drinking. The company has created a compensation plan that handsomely rewards distributors without the large capital investment required to start a franchise or traditional big business. The MonaVie opportunity enables people to take control of their lives.

"Today, we work the MonaVie opportunity together. Our previous occupations took us in different directions. Thanks to MonaVie, we now spend more time together as a family. It's been so rewarding to introduce people to such an amazing nutritional beverage and to help them achieve their dreams and goals through their own MonaVie businesses.

"View MonaVie as a gift, and share it with others. Follow a proven system, and believe in yourself. Remain humble, and give God the glory. As long as you don't quit, you can never be defeated."
