On Friday, June 10, and Saturday, June 11, you and your spouse/significant other or qualified business partner will be able to attend the MonaVie 2011 International "Imagine" Convention—the biggest MonaVie event of the year! The hours of the convention are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. each day.

Once you have registered online, a member of the MonaVie corporate travel team will contact you to book your flights. Once your flights have been booked, we will coordinate your ground transportation to the Zermatt Resort.
On Tuesday, June 7, All Resort Transportation will pick you up from the Salt Lake City airport and take you directly to the Zermatt Resort in Midway. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the All Resort counter located in the baggage claim area of the airport. If you change your flight or experience any difficulties, contact Kim Parkinson at (801) 390-5947 or Kaity Quinley with All Resort at (435) 640-7901.
When you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the hotel front desk to check in for your room. Once you have checked in with the hotel please come to the Ruby Fly-In registration located in the Neuchatel Room to pick up your information packet. The Ruby Fly-In registration room will be open from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7. Your registration packet will contain all meeting information, as well as complimentary badges to attend the International "Imagine" Convention.
Each qualified Ruby Fly-In distributor who has registered and is attending the June 2011 Ruby Fly-In, will receive incentive cash to cover the following: US$50 per person for luggage fees and US$70 per person for travel, arrival, and departure day meal per diem. The total amount of US$120 per person will be applied to your card or MVPay Hub account on Monday, June 6.
The Ruby Fly-In is a training event, only the qualifying distributor and his or her business partner (or spouse/significant other) is eligible to attend this all expense paid training.
At their own expense, distributors may bring additional guests, including children, to the resort.
However, due to numbers, the meetings and meals will only include those who qualified. If distributors are bringing additional guests, please remember that they are not permitted to attend the meeting or dinners. For children, distributors will need to arrange for a babysitting service ahead of time through the Guardian Angels. Go to www.guardianangelbaby.com/home-frame.htm for contact information. Distributors are to indicate any additional needs when registering for the event, as extra beds and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You have qualified to attend the June 2011 Ruby Fly-In and International "Imagine" Convention. If you are unable to attend, please note arrangements must be made with MonaVie Corporate. Under special circumstances, you may be allowed to postpone attendance; however, you must attend the subsequent Ruby Fly-In or forfeit your opportunity to participate.
