Like Heaven on Earth—A Letter from Cheryl Brown, Diamond Executive

Dear Friends,

Bob and I just got back from Diamond Destination 2009! Words cannot do this trip justice. It has forever changed our lives and how we feel about the passion and elegance of the management of this company. Nothing has ever come close to what we experienced in Maui.

Here are a few highlights (so you will know what to expect when you go): The day before we flew to Hawaii, MonaVie put $1,570 of spending money in our account. Both of our flights were paid for. When we arrived in Maui, we picked up our rental car for the week (paid for by MonaVie) then drove to the five-star Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa.

At the welcome breakfast, guess who was there to greet us with a big hug: Dallin Larsen, of course! MonaVie also treated us to a live luau right along the ocean with the warm wind blowing on our faces as the sun set.

Every morning we were treated to an elaborate breakfast overlooking the breathtaking ocean. Every night lovely notes were left in our room along with thoughtful gifts, including chocolate-covered strawberries, cheese and crackers, fruit baskets, and bottles of MonaVie. We were given backpacks, beach towels, and commemorative Diamond Destination 2009 t-shirts.

At the farewell dinner, I was in awe as I reflected on our amazing week. All the people that I had watched and admired on the Momentum DVD or heard on stage at an event were actually real people. They are all just ordinary people like you and me—people with big hearts and big dreams who wanted something more out of life for their families and friends. It made me realize that all things are possible for those who believe. It really was like heaven on Earth.

Bob and I are in awe of what we have. This is a business opportunity that will never come around in our lifetime again. If you are looking for something better to come along, stop looking. This is it!

It doesn't matter where you are right now. The only thing that matters is what you believe. We don't always know how we will get there; we just know that we will get there. If someone had told me a year ago that I'd be sitting on a beach in Maui compliments of a fruit juice company, I would have said they were out of their mind. I am in the fashion industry, and my husband is a truck driver. The last thing I thought we'd be doing is pouring juice in people's living rooms. Well, here we are today doing just that!

My heart goes out to all of you with great love and great admiration. Thank you for what you bring to us and to the people that you help and inspire. Aloha and we'll see you at the next Diamond Destination!

Setting Up and Using Your MonaVie Commissions Account

Similar to a virtual bank account, MonaVie Commissions provides you with the convenience of securely transferring your earnings into a U.K. savings or cheque account of your choice.

Other benefits of MonaVie Commissions include:

  • Live, 24-hour access to commission payments
  • A way to track payments and transactions in local currency
  • Ability to download information into a workable Microsoft Excel file
  • An exchange tool to convert profits into foreign currency*

Please note that when your MonaVie Commissions account is funded for the first time, you will receive an email notification from MonaVie Commissions. From here, activating and using your MonaVie Commissions account begins.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Follow the link in the MonaVie Commissions email to www.monaviecommissions.com.
  2. Click Activate Account.
  3. Enter your MonaVie Distributor ID number and select your date of birth.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions, and fill in all required fields.

Once you are logged in, MonaVie Commissions will allow you to set up automatic fund transfers on a weekly or monthly basis, or whenever your account balance reaches a specific amount.

HOW TO CASH OUT FUNDS

  1. Click Cash Out.
  2. Select an account to transfer funds to, or create a new account.
  3. Enter amount to transfer.
  4. Verify the information and click Confirm.

Once you are logged in, MonaVie Commissions will allow you to set up automatic fund transfers on a weekly or monthly basis, or whenever your account balance reaches a specific amount.

HOW TO SET UP AUTOMATIC CASH OUT

  1. Log in to your MonaVie Commissions account at www.monaviecommissions.com.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click Add/Update next to the "Automated Remove Funds Configuration" option (under "Other Information").
  4. Select an account to transfer funds to, or create a new account.
  5. Choose an automatic cash out schedule.
  6. Enter the amount you want transferred or select "Full Balance."
  7. Verify the information and click Confirm.

You can also view the details of your commission payments each week by accessing your Virtual Office. Click Member Info and then Past History under "Commissions."

MonaVie is pleased to offer you a payment method for ordering wholesale products and sales tools through your Virtual Office or when contacting Distributor Support.

Simplifying the Payment Process

Our MonaVie Commissions DirectPay option simplifies your purchasing experience by allowing you to pay for MonaVie products with funds from your MonaVie Commissions account.

You can use this feature by simply selecting the MonaVie Commissions DirectPay option when go to purchase your next order in your Virtual Office.

No Bank Account Required for Purchases

DirectPay transforms your account into an exclusive online payment tool and adds to the features already available to you through MonaVie Commissions. This means you can use your compensation earnings to buy products without having to set up a banking or cheque account. It also removes the hassle of having to first transfer funds from your MonaVie Commissions account to a separate account and then paying for your product through another payment method.

As always MonaVie Commissions provides you with full reporting and tracking capabilities. With the DirectPay option, you can now conveniently track and manage your business expenses in one area (www.monaviecommissions.com), while keeping those transactions separate from personal finances.

A Powerful Business Tool

Remember that you can transfer funds from one MonaVie Commissions account to another through the peer to peer transfer option. Along with DirectPay and the other features available to you, MonaVie Commissions is powerful, online tool that can help you expand your business and serve a broader group of distributors.

Please note that when purchasing products online through your Virtual Office, you must have enough funds in your MonaVie Commissions account to cover the complete cost of the order (including tax and shipping charges). You can see the balance on your MonaVie Commissions account when you log into your Virtual Office.

If you wish to pay for your order using a combination of funds in your MonaVie Commissions account and a different form of payment (i.e. credit card), you must contact Distributor Support to place your order.

New DirectPay Features Coming Soon

Currently, DirectPay is only available for individual or non-AutoShip orders. However, in the near future, you will be able to pay for your AutoShip orders and make partial payments through your Virtual Office with your MonaVie Commissions account.

MonaVie Commissions: Maintenance and Fees

MonaVie Commissions allows you to access your account by using your Distributor ID number. Providing you with this option also allows you to login to your Virtual Office and MonaVie Commissions account through one distinct number.

You can access your MonaVie Commissions account in one of three ways:

  • Distributor ID
  • MonaVie Commissions ID
  • Email address tied to your MonaVie Commissions account.

Account Maintenance

A monthly maintenance fee of £0.70 (GBP) will be charged to your account if there has been activity in your account within the last four weeks. MonaVie will cover the cost of the fee if you are "paid as" a Bronze Executive or above during the prior month.

Cash Out Transactions
When using the cash out feature, please note that there is a modest fee of £1.00 (GBP) per cash out.

Remember, the cash out feature allows you to transfer your funds to a personal bank or cheque account. You can reduce the number of times you cash out, by taking advantage of MonaVie Commissions Automatic Cash Out feature.

We also encourage you to take advantage of our DirectPay feature, which allows you to use funds in your MonaVie Commissions account to pay for product.

Remember, using this option turns your MonaVie Commissions account into a powerful payment tool and removes the need to transfer funds to other accounts. Currently, you can select the DirectPay payment option when purchasing non-AutoShip orders through your Virtual Office or when you contact Distributor Support.

Randy and Tara Schroeder Named International Distributor Ambassadors for MonaVie

Dear MonaVie,

Just over one year ago, we became  MonaVie distributors. At that time, we did not understand exactly how and why MonaVie had so effectively distinguished itself from all industry competitors. Today, one year later, we do understand.

MonaVie embodies the finest principles that govern network marketing today. They've built a hugely successful domestic business based on its Five Star Opportunity: the right product, management, compensation, timing, and cause. Their success is evidenced by recent accolades (e.g., being highly ranked in Inc. 500) and attributed to its distributor-centric focus.

Recently, the MonaVie Executive Team approached us about the possibility of departing from our conventional distributor role to take on a new role. The new role would consist of us helping to replicate the success of the above-mentioned domestic model on a global scale. After careful thought and prayerful consideration, we have chosen to accept the proposal. 

Though no longer a distributor in the conventional sense of the word, we remain independent, and we are not considered  employees of MonaVie. In this new position, our focus will be on helping you build your businesses internationally. We have relinquished our own personal distributorship and position, and no longer receive compensation from the distributor compensation plan. Rather, we are compensated based on the success of the international markets (excluding the United States and Japan). Simply put, we will be traveling the world of MonaVie as your advocate, providing training and guidance, regardless of group or system affiliations.

In close cooperation with Black Diamonds and above, we will work quickly to introduce an internationally accepted basic training program, while encouraging distributors from each line of sponsorship to continue looking to their upline for additional in-depth training.
