Earn Extra Commissions through the Growth Bonus*

What would you do with a weekly bonus? Whatever it is, MonaVie’s going to help you make it happen with our new Growth Bonus!

How do I earn a Growth Bonus?
Each week you’ll be awarded growth points based on your “paid as” rank and the distributors with the highest “paid as” ranks in each leg of your personal enrollment tree. Click here to view the Growth Bonus Points Allocation Table.

The Growth Bonus is calculated based on the week under consideration (i.e., the current week) and the week that is four weeks prior to the current week. The Growth Bonus comes in the form of shares from a bonus pool equivalent to the point increase from the prior week to the current week. For example:

  • A distributor earns 11 points in week 295 and 20 points in week 299
  • 20 - 11 = 9-point increase
  • The distributor earns 9 shares in the bonus pool

To earn a Growth Bonus for a given week, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be paid at Bronze Executive or above, AND
  • Be Active with at least 200 PV

Imagine how your life could change with a weekly Growth Bonus—yet another way MonaVie puts its distributors first!

* The Growth Bonus replaces the Bronze to Emerald Promotion, which has been discontinued.

Chris Gardner

The amazing story of Chris Gardner's life was published as an autobiography and featured on the silver screen, both titled The Pursuit of Happyness. The book became a New York Times and Washington Post No. 1 bestseller; and, the movie, released by Columbia Pictures in December 2006, earned Will Smith Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild nominations for his moving portrayal as Gardner.

Conquering grave challenges to become a successful entrepreneur, Chris Gardner is an avid motivational and aspirational speaker, addressing the keys to overcoming obstacles and breaking cycles. Gardner is also a passionate philanthropist whose work has been recognized by many esteemed organizations.

Born on February 9, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christopher Paul Gardner's childhood was marked by poverty, domestic violence, alcoholism, sexual abuse, and family illiteracy. Gardner published his autobiography out of a desire to shed light on these universal issues and show that they do not have to define you. Gardner never knew his father, and lived with his beloved mother, Bettye Jean Triplett, when he wasn't in foster homes. Gardner is indebted to Bettye Jean for his success, as she provided him with strong "spiritual genetics" and taught him that in spite of where he came from, he could chart another path and attain whatever goals he set for himself.

Gardner joined the Navy out of high school and after discharge moved to San Francisco where he worked as a medical research associate and for a scientific supply distributor. In 1981, as a new father to son Christopher Gardner Jr., he was determined to find a career that would be both lucrative and fulfilling. Fascinated by finance, but without connections, an MBA, or even a college degree, Gardner applied for training programs at brokerages, willing to live on next to nothing while he learned a new trade. Chris Jr.'s mother left and Gardner, despite his circumstances, fought to keep his son because, as he says, "I made up my mind as a young kid that when I had children they were going to know who their father is and that he isn't going anywhere."

Gardner earned a spot in the Dean Witter Reynolds training program but became homeless when he could not make ends meet on his meager trainee salary. Today, Gardner is involved with homelessness initiatives assisting families to stay intact, and assisting homeless men and women who are employed but still cannot get by. It is estimated that 12% of the homeless population in the United States is employed; in some communities that estimate is as high as 30%.

From 1983–1987, Gardner worked at Bear Stearns & Co where he became a top earner. In 1987, he founded the brokerage firm Gardner Rich in Chicago from his home with just $10,000. Gardner Rich LLC is a FINRA registered broker-dealer specializing in servicing public pension funds and Taft-Hartley plans for some of the nation's largest institutions and unions. In addition to expanding its core business as an institutional securities broker, Gardner Rich has increased its participation in corporate underwriting and has expanded its brokerage services to include trading in global markets through both ordinary and ADR form.

Dedicated to improving the well being of children through positive paternal involvement, Gardner is a board member of the National Fatherhood Initiative and received the group's Father of the Year Award in 2002. He served on the board of the National Education Foundation and sponsors two annual awards—the National Education Association's National Educational Support Personnel Award and the American Federation of Teachers' Paraprofessionals and School-Related Personnel (PSRP) Award. He also serves on the board of the International Rescue Committee, which works to provide access to safety, sanctuary, and sustainable change for millions of people whose lives have been shattered by violence and oppression. Gardner is also very committed to Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco, where he and his son received assistance in the early 1980s. He has helped fund a project that creates low-income housing and opportunities for employment in the notoriously poor Tenderloin area of the city.

Chris Gardner's aim, through his speaking engagements and media projects, is to help others achieve their full potential.

Paul Zane Pilzer

Paul Zane Pilzer is a world-renowned economist, a highly successful social entrepreneur, an adjunct professor, and the author of nine bestselling books and dozens of scholarly publications.

Pilzer completed Lehigh University in three years and received his MBA from Wharton in 15 months at age 22. He became Citibank's youngest officer at age 22 and its youngest vice president at age 25.At age 24, he was appointed adjunct professor at New York University, where he taught for 21 consecutive years. Over the past 30 years, Pilzer has started and/or taken public, five companies in the areas of software, education and healthcare.

In healthcare, he is the Founder of Zane Benefits, Inc. (2006) and Extend Health, Inc. (1999), the two leading U.S. suppliers of personalized health benefits to corporate America including Wal-Mart's Sam's Club.

In education, he is the Founder of Zane Publishing (1989) and The American Academy (2005), two pioneering companies in electronic and online education that continue to make significant contributions to high school education worldwide.

He was an appointed economic adviser in two presidential administrations and warned of the impending $200 billion savings and loan crisis years before official Washington was willing to listen, a story that he later shared in Other People's Money, which was critically acclaimed by The New York Times and The Economist magazine.

Pilzer's Unlimited Wealth explains how we live in a world of unlimited physical resources because of rapidly advancing technology. After reading Unlimited Wealth, the late Sam Walton, founder of Wal-Mart, said that he was "amazed at Pilzer's business capacity" and "ability to put it into layman's terms."

Pilzer's God Wants You to be Rich: The Theology of Economics, explains how the foundation of our economic system is based on our Judeo-Christian heritage. This New York Times business bestseller was featured on the front page of The Wall Street Journal and on television shows ranging from 60 Minutes to First Person with Maria Shriver.

In The New Wellness Revolution, Pilzer identifies the newly emerging wellness business. For this book, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Public Service and was called a "wellness guru" by The New York Times.

The Next Millionaires explains why the number of U.S. millionaires doubled in the 1990s, how the economy is now creating one million millionaires a year from 2006–2016, and how ordinary people can become one of them.

The New Health Insurance Solution sets forth a bold new direction for U.S. health insurance and explains how individuals can now get affordable health insurance independent of their employer. This book also explains how employers can end their health insurance nightmare while still being able to hire great employees by providing the same health benefits for less than half the cost they are paying today.

A former commentator on National Public Radio and CNN, Pilzer was profiled on the front page of The Wall Street Journal in 2007 and has appeared three times on the Larry King Live! television program. He speaks live each year to approximately 200,000 people, and more than 10 million audiotapes of his speeches have been sold.
