Pre-Market Enrollment Guidelines

What a thrilling time it is to be a MonaVie distributor! We have never experienced more enthusiasm for or interest in the MonaVie opportunity than we are witnessing today. With our free enrollment program, February and March have been outstanding months. We congratulate all of you for embracing and sharing MonaVie's message of hope, health, and opportunity during this difficult time of economic uncertainty.

With our recent successful launches in Japan and Israel, many of you have expressed great interest about other prospective international market openings. As you know, MonaVie has officially announced the planned introduction of full-business opportunities in Mexico before May and in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Poland during the latter part of 2009. MonaVie will continue to announce and open additional markets as resources, and the timely satisfaction of local government regulatory requirements, will allow.

With this in mind, and according to approved timetables, MonaVie will seek to create every equitable opportunity for the pre-enrollment of your prospects residing in markets where development plans are well underway. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that MonaVie is now prepared to allow such enrollments through the MonaVie Virtual Office as follows:

  1. From MonaVie's home page (www.monavie.com), invite your prospect to select the "enroll" menu option at the top of the page and have him or her enter your sponsor ID number in order to gain access to the enrollment screen; or, from the Virtual Office, your prospect can select the "Enroll a Distributor" menu item from the main menu to gain similar access to the enrollment screen.
  2. Your prospect should then select the authorized country in which he or she resides from within the drop-down window. If selecting a country where only pre-enrollment is allowed (e.g., UK, Netherlands, Poland, or other future countries), the enrollment process will be restricted to tree placement only. In support of our current free enrollment promotion, MonaVie has elected to waive all pre-market enrollment fees. Therefore, authorized pre-market enrollment is free to all distributor prospects.
  3. Pre-enrollees are not permitted to order, generate volume, or be paid a commission. They are, however, given limited access to the Virtual Office and allowed to invite other distributors to enroll in either the same fashion—as pre-enrollees within approved "pre-enrollment" markets (e.g., UK, Netherlands, or Poland), or as full operating distributors within markets where MonaVie is registered, approved, and open for business.
  4. Pre-enrollees will be prompted for all applicable personal information, including, name, national ID number, local address (NOT a U.S., Canadian, or other misrepresentation of an address), telephone number, email address, etc.

When we officially open a country, pre-enrollees will submit to a conversion process that will make them authorized, registered, and positioned distributors within MonaVie. They will then have full access to the Virtual Office and the full suite of MonaVie distributor services and opportunities.

For specific rules on conducting the MonaVie business outside your home country, please review the "International Marketing" guidelines under section four of the Policies and Procedures.

IMPORTANT: As of the date of this communication, each MonaVie distributor must understand that attempts to circumvent this authorized method for pre-market enrollment of distributors will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, including likely removal from the tree of those who have been placed there in an unauthorized way (i.e., fabricated addresses, National ID Numbers), thus requiring re-enrollment at the bottom of the tree. Our desire is to create fair and equitable enrollment opportunities for all distributors when new markets are announced and enrollment opportunities are authorized.

We share your excitement about MonaVie's expansion into international markets and appreciate in advance your support of and compliance to this process for pre-market enrollment of interested distributors. Please direct any remaining questions or concerns to your local Distributor Support representative.

MonaVie Corporate Celebrates Scott and Sue Olsen Royal Black Diamond Day

Scott and Sue Olsen, along with many of their children and grandchildren, pulled up to MonaVie corporate headquarters in South Jordan, Utah, in the back of a black limousine on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, to celebrate their Royal Black Diamond Day. Watch the video recap.

The first distributorship to ever sign up with MonaVie, Scott and Sue were presented with a $100,000 check as well as their official Royal Black Diamond pins, as the gathered corporate employees showered them with cheers of appreciation.

Reminiscing about the first business meeting he and Scott had at a local restaurant, MonaVie Founder and President Dallin Larsen recalled that the two men shared a dream to provide for their families through networking. Because of that dream, they made a commitment to each other that resulted in the launch of MonaVie in 2005.

"Some people see Scott and Sue Olsen as Royal Black Diamonds, but they don't know the rest of the story," Dallin said. "This company wouldn't be where it is today were it not for the efforts, determination, commitment, persistence, and passion of Scott and Sue Olsen."

The Olsens' children, who also were there to be celebrated, expressed their love and appreciation for their parents' hard work. "Whenever I think of leadership, I think of my mom and dad," said Parker Olsen, Scott and Sue's youngest son. "I'm really grateful for MonaVie because it has blessed our lives in a lot of ways."

Executive Vice President and Cofounder Henry Marsh echoed those sentiments when he spoke about the passion the Olsens have for their MonaVie business. Henry said that wherever he travels as part of his responsibilities with the company, Scott is always there. "He loves his people, and he supports them," Henry said. "That's why he's a great leader, and that's why he's successful."

Sue thanked the corporate staff for the help and support they give to them and the people in their organization. She said she loves that MonaVie is a relationship company that offers many opportunities to give back. "We appreciate your contributions, and we love you." she said.

Expressing his love for Dallin, Henry, and Executive Vice President and Cofounder Randy Larsen, Scott articulated his strong belief that the next five to 10 years will be the best years that MonaVie has ever seen. "We're going to accomplish the wildest dreams for each and every one of us," he said.

BRAZIL'S FIRST SUPER REGIONAL

Music. Motivation. Synergy.

Brazil's first Super Regional event on March 14, 2009, left distributors inspired, motivated, and energized with new leadership tactics to help their business explode!

"This event was very special. Everyone was super excited," said Diamond Executive Marcelo Serakides. "MonaVie really showed its grandeur with this event. I have more than 18 years of experience in the industry, and I have never seen so much credibility and commitment from a company with their distributors."

MonaVie Brazil's General Manager Mauricio Patrocinio and Director of Distributor Relations Eduardo Frayha gave welcome speeches that sparked a lively audience who packed a hotel conference room in Sao Paulo.

Besides recognizing and rewarding distributors, MonaVie leaders used the regional to create an atmosphere of learning and unity, and to promote the MORE Project.

Mauricio opened the meeting by reminding distributors about some of the top reasons to believe in MonaVie:

MONAVIE LEADERS REV UP BRAZIL

Henry Marsh, cofounder and executive vice president, discussed the importance of creating a plan of action for setting and reaching goals.

Jeff Graham, vice president of product management, left the crowd buzzing when he announced that MonaVie would soon announce new products! Future communications on these products will be posted on MonaVie On the Move.

Wayne Moorehead, vice president of marketing, spoke about the importance of the MonaVie brand and MonaVie Mall. He tossed t-shirts, caps, tasting cups, and mouse pads to the excited crowd. These items and more are in stock and available at www.monaviemall.com.
Wayne also introduced the new World of Opportunity brochure in Portuguese. The well-designed brochure explains about the awards and recognitions distributors can receive with MonaVie. The brochure is available to Brazilian distributors through their Virtual Office.

The MORE Project-Changing Lives, Restoring Families

In an emotional moment, Sérgio Ponce, director of the MORE Project, showed pictures of a recently dedicated house provided to a struggling family through the MORE Project. The family then came on stage and spoke about how their lives have changed for the better.

Katy Holt-Larsen, global director of the MORE Project, also spoke about the different activities and specialized programs sponsored by the MORE Project. Beyond responding to basic needs, the MORE Project provides schooling and dental care for children, as well as essential job training for adults.

Two baskets were put on stage for the MORE Project. Mauricio asked distributors to contribute, not necessarily with money, but with messages of love, hope, and support to the deprived families and children in Brazil.

TOP BLACK DIAMONDS SHARE MONAVIE PASSION

Royal Black Diamond Scott Olsen fueled the audience with his speech about the importance of supporting your downline.

The next to speak was Crowne Black Diamond Executive Brig Hart. In a passionate speech, Brig passed on a message of motivation to everyone and invited the audience to be more dedicated to the business.

"Let's go play and put fuel on the fire!" Brig said.

Before the closing of the event, Mauricio called all of the international distributors on stage and presented to them a t-shirt from Brazil personalized with each of their names!

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

The highlight of the event was the recognition of Brazil's top distributors.

New Bronze and Silver distributors were recognized on stage by the MonaVie management team. Gold, Ruby, and Emerald Executives were also recognized, and received their respective pins.

"This event was phenomenal-a mark of growth for MonaVie in Brazil," said Evando Junior, a new Ruby. "Now, we have a gigantic force behind us. At MonaVie, the distributor always comes first. If you fight for your goals, you will be rewarded."

Gabriel and Leandro Kenski were announced as MonaVie's newest Emeralds. They received a loud applause by the audience as they commented about MonaVie's strong momentum in Brazil. "We, like everyone, are very enthusiastic, and this enthusiasm will generate business," Gabriel Kenski said.


MOMENTUM BRAZIL WINNERS


After months of dedication and commitment, the five distributors that accumulated the most points as part of the Momentum Brazil Promotion took the stage and received a commemorative trophy.

In addition, MonaVie sent them on an exciting trip to the extraordinary Ariaú Amazon Tower Hotel. The hotel is a luxurious complex, built entirely above the Amazon jungle. The winners were:

Near the end of the event, Mauricio introduced a woman he admired in Ana Maria Braga. The famous Brazilian TV host and personality was impressed with the energy she felt from the distributors. As a consumer of MonaVie, she also shared her excitement for the product and the impact MonaVie is having on Brazil-from the growing MORE Project to helping the rainforest through sustainable harvesting to improving people's lives.

THE BIG SEND OFF

To cap off the event, Mauricio thanked distributors for being part of a special story in Brazil. He then played a clip from the film Brave Heart that showed precisely how to act as a leader to motivate your team!

"This was a culminating event that showcased MonaVie's initial development in Brazil," Mauricio said. "We know that by doing the right thing and having good ethics, we will always have infinite opportunities. I am very proud of our distributors, as well as our staff that continually put forth a great effort to accomplish extraordinary things.

The wait for MonaVie Kosher in Israel is almost over!

MonaVie is pleased to announce that MonaVie Kosher has arrived in Israel. This news adds considerable excitement to our Tel Aviv City Meeting on April 5, 2009—the same day in which Israeli distributors can purchase and pickup the product.

MonaVie reminds you to please have valid photo identification on hand when you pick up your orders at a MonaVie Pickup Center. If you do not have a photo ID, please have available two additional forms of valid identification as well as your distributor ID or order number.
