John Doughty Named Managing Director of MonaVie Europe

On behalf of our Executive Team at MonaVie, we are pleased to welcome John Doughty as our Managing Director of MonaVie Europe.

With 20 years of executive and management experience in the direct sales industry, John brings a vast amount of valuable knowledge about the European marketplace to MonaVie. His impressive background includes serving on the main board for Betterware, one of the United Kingdom's biggest direct selling companies, and as a director of the Direct Selling Association.

John has also served as a consultant, managing director, and president of European operations for some of the biggest names in the direct selling industry. He successfully spearheaded the development of full-business operations in the European markets for each company.

We are excited to have someone of John's calibre as part of our MonaVie team. He will be based out of England as we begin business opportunities in September throughout the United Kingdom and Poland.

MonaVie Ranks No. 1 in Utah Business Fast 50 Awards

[Salt Lake City, UT] - August 27, 2009 - Utah Business magazine unveiled the winners of the second annual Fast 50 awards program, naming MonaVie as the No. 1 fastest growing company in Utah. The program recognizes those innovative companies with the concepts and strategies that are propelling them to the top of the charts. The list of fifty companies includes Omniture (No.2) and Overstock.com (No. 35). View the complete list.

MonaVie Founder, Chairman, and CEO Dallin A. Larsen accepted the award on behalf of the executive team and Founders Henry Marsh and Randy Larsen, at a special awards ceremony, August 27, 2009, at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. The awards ceremony included remarks from Derek Miller, acting executive director of the Governor's Office of Economic Development. According to Miller, Utah has been ranked as the No. 1 most dynamic economy in the nation and has seen 50 percent growth since 2007.

Worldwide Preferred Customer Bonus Challenge


Get ready to take on distributors in each MonaVie market through our Preferred Customer Bonus Challenge.

In the next two months, MonaVie will reward two distributors who have generated the most preferred customer volume (PCPV) in the world of MonaVie with a US$4,000 bonus check. Other top distributors in the challenge will also receive a monetary reward.

Promotion Period and Details

The qualification period for this promotion runs from October 31, 2009 to November 27, 2009, and from November 28, 2009 to December 25, 2009.

At the end of each four-week period, MonaVie will reward the top distributor who has generated the most PCPV in the world of MonaVie with a US$4,000* bonus check. The next top three distributors will each receive a US$2,000† bonus check.

As part of this promotion, every distributor who has five different preferred customers make a purchase during the four-week period will participate equally in a pool.

With our Preferred Customer Program, people, who choose not to become distributors, are signing up as preferred customers to enjoy the benefits of MonaVie's exceptional line of products.

As a reminder, when your personally sponsored preferred customers purchase product, you receive half of the total volume from that purchase. Fifty percent of the other half of the total volume is paid out to you as a bonus (e.g., on a one case purchase with 100 PV, you receive 50 PCPV and US$25).

Please review your specific country's price list as found in your Virtual Office to find out how much volume you can earn from each purchase made by a preferred customer.

* Distributors outside the U.S. will receive a bonus in local currency equal to 4,000 GBU.

No Bank Account Required for Purchases
DirectPay transforms your account into an exclusive online payment tool and adds to the features already available to you through MonaVie Commissions. It also removes the hassle of having to first transfer funds from your MonaVie Commissions account to a separate account and then paying for your product through another payment method.
