We are pleased to announce two new enhancements to the Compensation Plan that will be implemented as part of the MonaVie Stimulus Package. This is in addition to the recently updated First Order Bonus criteria.

The following changes are in effect beginning with the commission period ending Friday, March 6, 2009.

STAR MAKER BONUS
We are extending the Star Maker Bonus to qualified* distributors active with at least 100 PV.

This means there are now two ways you can enjoy the Star Maker Bonus:

• If you are a qualified distributor active with at least 200 PV, you will earn a $40 Star Maker Bonus each time one of your personally sponsored distributors reaches the rank of Star.

• If you are a qualified distributor active with at least 100 PV, you will earn a $20 Star Maker Bonus each time one of your personally sponsored distributors reaches the rank of Star.

ADVANCING TO BLACK DIAMOND EXECUTIVE AND ABOVE
Also in the spirit of the MonaVie Stimulus Package, we are rolling back the requirements to achieving any of the Executive Premier ranks (Black Diamond Executive and above). In other words, distributors must now meet each rank's specified requirements for only four consecutive weeks.

[Fox 29 News] - March 2009 - Good Day Philadelphia asks, how do super athletes of the NFL, NHL, NBA, and the MLB get those bodies? Ruby Executive Steve Kampouroglou recently visited Las Vegas, Nevada, where he experienced what he describes as "the worst and best story" he's ever been involved with in MonaVie. Below is his account of what happened:

"As a custom homebuilder for the past 25 years, I always attend the annual International Builders' Show. This year's event was held in January in Las Vegas. Approximately 100,000 vendors and builders came from countries all around the world. I typically go to promote my home business, but my heart has been led in a better direction. I thought this would be a great opportunity to share the MonaVie opportunity with my colleagues and friends. The timing couldn't be better considering the economic crisis. I had to take advantage of this moment.

"I invited Blue Diamond Executive Robert Lemus to attend the three-day event with me. Robert and I spent all three days pouring every bit of the 64 bottles we brought. It was a great success! We left with more than 50 prospects and a few one-on-one meetings scheduled. We also left with an experience I will never forget.

"As we were sharing MonaVie with four people on the first day of the International Builders' Show, a gentleman named Chuck tapped me on my shoulder. Chuck was introduced to MonaVie in his hometown but received no real follow-up. He said that he wanted to be part of a team that took initiative. We scheduled a meeting for the following Friday at 9:30 a.m. Needless to say, Robert and I were very excited.

"The day of the meeting came, and Robert and I loaded two cases of MonaVie and our sign-up packs into our rental car; however, we were involved in a near fatal car accident on the way. Another driver failed to yield to traffic and pulled out in front of us. Although I am a two-time world champion in martial arts, I had never been so scared in my life. Both cars were totaled. The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital but, fortunately, ended up with only a few bumps and bruises.

"The police arrived, and we called Chuck to tell him we would be late. When the police were finished, we threw the cases of MonaVie over our shoulders and limped the one-mile trek to the meeting. People surely must have thought we were crazy. With blood dripping down my arm and a fractured knee, we made it to our appointment. There was no way we were letting this prospect get away. At 10:30 a.m., we signed Chuck into his new MonaVie business.

"The purpose of me sharing this story is this: never let anything stand in the way of your dreams. In life, there are many obstacles and challenges that will test you and try to change your direction. Always stay focused and determined. But more importantly, rely on God and He will safeguard you."
