Inspirational Voices from International Convention: Dreams Worthy of Pain

During the second day of the International “Vision” Convention on Saturday, June 26, Founder, Chairman, and CEO Dallin A. Larsen shifted the agenda so the voices and hearts of distributors could be heard, including Presidential Black Diamonds Orrin and Laurie Woodward.

The Woodwards compared MonaVie, a company aiming to achieve goals that no other direct selling company has ever achieved, to Roger Bannister, the first person to ever run one mile in less than four minutes. Orrin and Laurie, who have their own rags to riches story, encouraged the audience to stay courageous in the face of obstacles and critical opinions. “We love being part of something that has never been done before,” Orrin said. Bannister kept his dream alive by achieving results. To this English runner, Bannister’s dream was worth the struggle and pain, the Woodwards said. Is yours?

MVU Tip of the Week

Improve Your Game
Most sports fans would agree that Michael Jordan was the greatest basketball player ever. After helping the Chicago Bulls win six world titles, Jordan proved he had more than just the right stuff when it came to putting polyurethane balls through metal hoops. But, when it came to hitting leather balls over fences with wooden sticks in his abbreviated minor league baseball career, Jordan proved to be no superstar: He did it only three times.

Nobody can be the best at everything. But, with a little more time and effort Jordan could have become a better baseball player by focusing on the areas where he was lacking. Maybe there’s some aspect of your game that could use some improvement. A great place to work on your moves is www.monavieuniversity.com.
