New Gold Executives—Heath and Carolyn Fletcher
Congratulations to Heath and Carolyn Fletcher from Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, on achieving the rank of Gold Executive. Here’s what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone…
“We achieved the rank of Silver Executive on June 5, 2009, a year and a bit after starting with MonaVie. We were so excited; it was such a victory! We certainly never planned to take another three years to get to Gold! However, we are more than glad that we finally did because now we’re going on the FREE Cruise for Gold! Yahoo! We’re so blessed to be part of this amazing company that honours and rewards its distributors. This will be the first real husband-and-wife vacation we’ve had the pleasure of going on in over 10 years. More than that, we’re stoked to be going with great friends and teammates!
“Our whole family uses and loves MonaVie products, and we will for life. We love the values MonaVie represents because they are so much in line with our own. My wife is an amazing mother and gardener on our micro farm in British Columbia where we grow a bounty of fresh fruit and vegetables and have free range chickens that we get fresh eggs from daily. It’s always been very important to us that we eat right, and we know firsthand what it takes to do that these days—a lot of hard work that not everyone is prepared to do! We fully believe that MonaVie is for everyone year round, and we enjoy providing the product and business option to anyone open to trying it.
“We were totally green when it came to network marketing. Having both been professional photographers for 20 years, we were like fish out of water. I had no intentions of doing this business in any serious way. I thought I was way too cool! It was my brave wife, Carolyn, who took on the business while I participated silently from the sidelines for about a year until the advantages that MonaVie had over my traditional business became obvious (trading my time for money and not getting paid very well). Like so many people, we were earning money part time and spending money full time; and, because life can be expensive, we found ourselves in a very uncomfortable struggle to surface from our debt. Seeing that something desperately needed to change, I jumped in and together we’ve tag-teamed to look after our two young boys while doing tastings and attending meetings and conferences. In a year and a half, we made it to Silver Executive. While I would like to say that it’s been smooth sailing since that time, it definitely hasn’t. There have been many hiccups and glitches along the way and on many levels. Did we ever entertain the idea of giving up? Absolutely. But, we didn’t!
“We were told from day one that success in this industry was achievable within 2–5 years. Brig Hart told us that what we needed to win was ‘stick-to-it-ness,’ and I can’t think of a better phrase to describe the number one requirement to achieve ranks in this business. There is, after all, only one sure way to fail at anything and that is to quit. Through it all we’ve learned so much about ourselves. We continue to grow as a couple and a family, and we refine our skills daily on building solid relationships. We’ve been constantly amazed by the quality people that MonaVie attracts. The most significant relationship that we’ve created and fostered is with our friends and Blue Diamond uplines, Shawn and Chrystal Lyons. They’ve poured into us and have been our biggest supporters from day one, and we love them dearly.
“I just hope we can provide a bit of inspiration to someone out there who’s hanging on by a thread of hope; we know it well. We encourage you to stay committed to the vision you have for your life. Surround yourself with good people who support you, and stay plugged in to the program. Staying connected and active is the key along with understanding and guiding people to the system. And then, do it again and again and again. Stick-to-it-ness is about practicing the actions that need to be done every day and giving your best to others. It’s about learning about ourselves and how we can be better friends, spouses, and parents. It’s about having dreams and goals to reach for and knowing in your heart that you will get there because you won’t stop until you do.
“We are so grateful that MonaVie came into our life, and we will continue to pay it forward by giving others the same chance we received! Thanks, MonaVie, for everything you do for us! See you in Cozumel!”
