New Gold Executives—Nikolaos and Carina Bartzis
Congratulations to Nikolaos and Carina Bartzis from Escondido, California, on achieving the rank of Gold Executive. Here’s what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone…
“Our road to Gold may not have been easy, but it has definitely been worth it as we are extremely excited about the upcoming Cruise for Gold. Becoming Gold was not achieved alone. We got together as a team, upline, and downline and set goals because we knew we would have to work together to make it happen. You see, when we became Gold we were not the only ones. Two other couples in our leg hit Gold, and three hit Silver. It was a matter of signing up people and getting them started the right way with the most effective product package available that would ensure their success in MonaVie.
“Our success is attributed to our faith in God as well as the help of our honest, supportive, and encouraging upline, Lance and Tracey Smith. Our personal and professional growth has also made an immense difference, and it is due to the books we read, the CDs we listen to, and the people we choose to surround our lives with. Very simply put, if you have positive people and influences in your life, you will give back positively.
“What we find so amazing about MonaVie is that they put God and people, distributors and the MORE Project first. The line of products and their quality are second to none, as well as a business system that is united worldwide. MonaVie’s leaders are loyal, upstanding, and above board, which is a quality that is becoming very rare these days. We are very proud to let people know that we are MonaVie!
“The best advice we can give is the same advice we have heard from our leaders from day one: Follow the system! You need to set a goal, get in touch with your active upline, let them know what you want to achieve, and put a plan together. Then, you have to get into action—inviting, tasting, and showing the plan. It’s not about you; it’s about helping others. MonaVie has paved the road with a great system (i.e., tools, books, city meetings, regional meetings). Just follow it! There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Believe in yourself.
“When we first got involved in MonaVie, we were restaurant owners. As an immigrant to this country, owning a business was a dream; and, hard work was the way to achieve that dream. But, anyone that has owned a restaurant or a small business will tell you that your time is not your own. Our restaurant was open 16 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. We are the first to tell you it was a great business that gave us the income and ability to raise five children. But with that being said, it also had its drawbacks. We rarely went anywhere together as a whole family, as someone had to watch the restaurant. Vacationing together was out of the question. And, spending time together on holidays often meant we were all at the restaurant.
“After 21 years of owning the restaurant, MonaVie gave us the ability and vehicle we needed to dream again—a dream of a lifestyle that included spending time together as a family. Time is precious and cannot be returned. So, two years ago we sold our restaurant business and have concentrated our efforts on growing our MonaVie business. For the first time in 21 years, we took a vacation together. We spend weekends and weekdays with our grown children and grandchildren at the beach. We spent our first Fourth of July at the beach all day and have been able to attend church every Sunday. These may seem like simple things to some people, but they are blessings to us. Because of MonaVie, we have a quality of life that was out of our reach. Because of MonaVie, we definitely have A More Meaningful Life.”
