New Gold Executive—Enrique Gardea

Congratulations to Enrique Gardea from South Gate, California, on achieving the rank of Gold Executive. Here’s what he had to say on reaching this impressive milestone…

“My journey to Gold has been simple but not easy. Of course I have struggles because success is a challenge. But, my dream is so huge that no obstacle has been too big for me to overcome. Leadership is everything, and what has helped the most is that I believe, I’m teachable and coachable, and I’m hungry to make it. I also believe that my goal to be the youngest Triple Crowne Black Diamond in MonaVie gives me the vision to see the end in my mind already. So, my everyday activities are geared 100 percent toward helping me be the person I must become to achieve that goal, as well as my ultimate goal to be the greatest in the profession of network marketing.

“At first I was very skeptical about MonaVie. I come from a background heavy on education. I went to college, received two B.S degrees in business management and human resources, and received my master’s in logistics management. So, my ego was really huge (ha ha!). I started to believe in MonaVie once I got to know the leaders that I was working with better. The income disclosure statement closed me because numbers don’t lie.

“MonaVie has amazing products and corporate management and, of course, the greatest distributors in the profession. MonaVie is still a young company with a solid foundation, so people should feel secure that MonaVie is here to stay for a very long time. Thanks to MonaVie, I have become a more humble and faith-driven person. I have learned to take myself out of the picture and put my team first. Teamwork makes the dream work. I am 24 years old; and, in just 11 months in the business with my first company, I’m a Gold Executive and still growing. Remember, it’s not about the money; it’s about the person you become.

“The best advice I can give is very simple: work on yourself 200 percent (personal development), and work on your business 100 percent. Be patient and persistent. A winner never quits, and a quitter never wins. The skill of doing comes from doing; figure out your numbers. When preparation meets opportunity, it equals success. The three keys to my success? Preparation. Preparation. Preparation.”
