MonaVie Founder Dallin Larsen on the State of MonaVie

Dear MonaVie,

When I was a young boy, probably 13 or 14, I became convinced, through a friend, that if I invested $100 in some US Bonds as part of a "get rich quick" program spreading through my hometown, that I would make $10,000 over the next 30 days by placing my name on the bottom of a list. Daily, as others got involved, my name would be moved up the list and, within four short weeks, I would begin receiving checks in the Larsen family mailbox in Rexburg, Idaho. I was so excited!

So, I took the $100 out of my savings account, which represented most of my savings from mowing lawns and delivering papers, and jumped in. I was going to get rich! I still remember to this day my dad saying something along the lines of, "Oh boy, looks like you're going to have to learn at a young age what a Ponzi scheme is. My advice is not to do it, but sometimes you have to learn life lessons from your mistakes." Thirty days later, I was dejected when, with each passing day, I would go out to my mailbox and no checks were there. I felt foolish, stupid, and upset that I didn't heed my father's advice. And I was equally upset at the person I trusted who led me down the wrong path. As part of this teaching moment, my mom said, "Dallin, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is." I decided then and there that I'd never again fall for another get rich quick scheme. $100 was a lot of money back then to a young teenager.

Recently, another exciting venture may have crossed your path, promising riches within weeks. Some may have been lured into what will undoubtedly not be the last "get rich quick" scheme coming to your city or state. People are desperate and need money; I understand that completely. However, my strongest advice is to stay away from such promises; for, in the end, they undoubtedly all get shut down, leaving scores of families with broken dreams, shattered relationships, and diminished savings or credit card debt. We each have a certain amount of credibility. When we steer people into questionable opportunities, however well intended, that credibility is diminished, rarely to be fully regained. Be wise, my friends. Your credibility depends on it. With that being said, I’ve certainly made my share of mistakes in life and am grateful for those who gave me the room to grow from those mistakes. I encourage all of us to offer that same room to others.

In contrast, MonaVie is a solid company with a legitimate product that is consumed and reordered. We have an A+ rating (the highest rating possible) with the Better Business Bureau. For almost eight years now, we've paid commissions each and every week without fail. I've never said that MonaVie offers a get rich quick program. I've stated over and over again that it takes time, effort, commitment, and hard work to become financially independent in MonaVie, but it's proven to be possible for those willing to create the character traits and skills necessary for extraordinary results. MonaVie is a company you can plant yourself in and grow. I left the office one day this past week, called my wife Karree, and told her I felt better than I've felt in years about the next chapter for MonaVie. My friends, our future is bright.

I want you to know how proud I am of those who have been in the trenches; those who were on the recent Cruise for Gold trip, being rewarded for their efforts in advancing to the rank of Gold Executive. I’m proud of the moms and dads who are putting on Home Business Reviews. I’m proud of the folks who shared their life changing product stories with me recently in Cleveland, St. Augustine, and New Jersey, as well as on Cruise for Gold.  I’m proud of those who are trying to live their lives with God, Family, and MonaVie, in that order. Karree and I are looking forward to being with you in Anaheim! Once you are introduced to VIEW and how we will be proving the value of the MonaVie products, along with our other initiatives, I believe you’ll agree with me when I say that our future is bright!

Keep growing,

Dallin A. Larsen
