As summer comes to an end, we are looking to do something unprecedented in our company’s history—offer preferred customers free shipping for life and incredible prizes to distributors!

This promotion is so hot it will knock your socks off!

And, guess what? There’s actually three parts to this incredible promotion, so be sure to read the below in full.

Part 1: Preferred Customers Can Receive Free Shipping for Life
As a MonaVie distributor, you can enroll a new preferred customer or have an existing one receive free shipping for life when they sign up for AutoShip from the lineup of products listed below between August 19 and September 13, 2014!  

Here’s how it works:

1. Enroll a new mynt or MonaVie preferred customer by calling our support line at 1-866-217-8455, and a representative will help sign the new preferred customer up and set up their AutoShip so they can receive the free shipping for life. Note: Shipping for MonaVie preferred customers will be refunded the day after the AutoShip order processes.

2. Existing MonaVie preferred customers will need to call our support line at 1-866-217-8455, and a representative will help set up the preferred customer’s AutoShip properly so they can receive the free shipping for life! Note: Shipping will be refunded the day after the AutoShip order processes.

3. Existing mynt preferred customers can take advantage of this promotion through their mynt Virtual Office. All they have to do is select items from our “Free Shipping” tab on the product page, place those items in their AutoShip profile, and we will keep paying for their shipping for these specially marked items for life!

Please note that the only items eligible for free shipping are those designated below.

Part 2: Distributors Can Win Apparel & Products
For every mynt or MonaVie preferred customer a distributor signs up between August 19 and September 13, 2014, the distributor will receive an entry into a drawing for some huge prizes. The more you enroll, the more entries you will receive, and the better chance you have of winning. 

Prizes

  • 3 will receive mynt mall mini shopping sprees of $250, $500, or $750
  • 10 will receive one product of their choice
  • 10 will receive a $25 mall gift card.

Part 3: Distributors Can Double their Drawing Entries
You can double your entries by becoming a top 25 enroller of preferred customers each week. On Monday of each week, we will post the top 25 preferred customer enrollers at www.movemynt.com/wherearemysocks. If your name is on the list, you will earn double entries into the drawing.

Drawings for the winners will be done live on Saturday, September 13, with a virtual event. Stay tuned for details on that.

Who can participate in the free shipping portion of this promotion?
This free shipping for life is open to new and existing mynt or MonaVie preferred customers in the U.S.

1. Who can participate in the drawing portion of this promotion?
The drawings are open to new and existing distributors in the U.S., who are enrolling preferred customers.

For a MonaVie distributor to earn an entry into the drawing they must enroll a preferred customer between August 19 and September 13, 2014. The more preferred customers a distributor enrolls, the more entries into the drawings that distributor will receive.

How does a distributor enroll a new mynt or MonaVie preferred customer?
New mynt™ or MonaVie preferred customers will need to call our support line at 1-866-217-8455, and a representative will help sign up the preferred customer and set up their AutoShip so they can receive the free shipping for life!

Why can’t my new preferred customer select these products through the Virtual Office for this free shipping promotion? Why do they have to call in? 
Unfortunately, right now, our system does not allow MonaVie distributors to enroll mynt preferred customers through the Virtual Office nor can we provide these items as catalog options within our current MonaVie system. We believe strongly in offering free shipping to all our new and existing preferred customers on these items, and so we have created a way to make this happen through our incredible support team; they will make the process easy and they are happy to answer any questions you or the preferred customer may have about this promotion. 

What if the preferred customer wants extra product, can they add product to their AutoShip and still receive free shipping?
Please note that the only items eligible for free shipping are those designated below. During the promotional period, the mynt preferred customer can add more items from the “Free Shipping” tab. If a mynt preferred customer wants to change the items in their AutoShip after the promotional period has ended they are free to do so, they will just need to reach out to Customer Support at 1-844-808-mynt.  The preferred customer will need to keep an active AutoShip profile in order to keep free shipping. The free shipping perk only applies to the AutoShip order.  Separately placed orders will not be eligible for free shipping except during the promotional period.  

The same rules apply to a MonaVie preferred customer, the difference being that a MonaVie preferred customer will need to call our support line at 1-866-217-8455 to change the items on their AutoShip profile.

What if the preferred customer wants to delay their AutoShip order for a month, will they continue to receive free shipping?
Yes, and as long as they keep an active AutoShip profile. Delaying the order will not eliminate the free shipping.

What is the timeframe for this promotion?
The promotion begins on August 19 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Mountain Time) on September 13, 2014.

How does the top 25 and double entries work?
On Monday of each week we will post the top 25 preferred customer enrollers at www.movemynt.com/wherearemysocks. Please note that the Monday report will reflect the work you have done in the previous bonus period (enrollments made from Friday-to-Friday).

If your name is on the list, we will double your entries into the drawing. For example, if you have enrolled 6 preferred customers during the week and your name is on the top 25, you will receive 12 entries (double the number of preferred customers enrolled for the week) into the drawing for that specific week. To continue to earn double entries, you have to continue to show up on the top 25 list. Good luck!
