Cruise for Gold Qualifier—Jim Barney
Congratulations to Jim Barney from Simi Valley, California, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here’s what he had to say about qualifying for the cruise…
“To me, the Cruise for Gold trip means that MonaVie cares and appreciates the distributors who are applying themselves to educate others on the products and opportunity.
“I try to meet someone new every day. If the conversation moves forward, a lot of the time it is about health or income. When they ask about me, I tell them a short story about myself and that it takes more effort to prepare a meal that has the proper nutrients, and that not many people are willing to take the time. I let them know that the community that I am involved with helps people balance their diets with the proper nutrients with very little effort.
“If the conversation is about income or employment, I let people know that in order to have a successful business of any kind it needs to be one that solve problems for people; and, two big problems that we are facing right now are lack of health and lack of income. I let them know that if they are interested, it will take about 30 minutes to go to the presentation and that at that time we will both know if there is more to discuss.
“Be consistent. Stay close to your upline and downline. Listen to CDs of other leaders. Read positive and influential books. Talk to someone new every day. (It doesn’t have to be about MonaVie; most every conversation will lead into the product or opportunity.) Follow the directions of your upline, and plug into the system. To see progress and be successful in anything we do, we need to have the desire to do it. We need to follow the directions and have the discipline to follow through.
“I am looking forward to the cruise, to learning from all the leaders that will be there, and to meeting and building relationships with likeminded people. I am excited to take a trip with my team members who are applying the proper steps to qualify, and I will do all I can to assist them in doing so.
“Thank you, MonaVie, for your generosity and for making a difference. You have made a big difference in my life, and you have changed the lives of so many people.”
