Delivering Product to You Faster and Better with FedEx
MonaVie’s ongoing commitment is to find the absolute best way to deliver our products to you effectively and in the highest quality manner.
As some of you have experienced recently, fierce winter weather has caused shipping delays. We also saw an increase in products freezing and breaking partly because of the lack of temperature-controlled environments provided by our shipping carrier.
We believe you deserve better, and are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our shipping capabilities in the U.S. by partnering with FedEx®.
FedEx will provide faster and more convenient service and better coverage in the U.S. in the following ways:
- Delivering one day faster to 25% of our locations
- Delivering ground packages on Saturdays at no extra cost
- Taking extra steps to prevent product breakage
- Providing better tools and systems to help us quickly respond to your needs
On Tuesday, January 28, FedEx will become the primary shipping option on all MonaVie orders in the U.S.
We anticipate a smooth transition to FedEx. There may be a hiccup or two at the outset, and we ask that you contact MonaVie Support at 1-866-217-8455 if you have any concerns.
Please also note that if prolonged freezing temperatures are expected in your location, we will continue to hold orders placed during the middle of week in a temperature-controlled warehouse until the following Monday. We are confident that this extra precaution will reduce the personal inconvenience to you of having your product freeze and break on your doorstep over the weekend and then waiting for replacements.
