Update: Josh Morros Finishes "Because I Can" Ride for Brain Injury Awareness
On, Friday, July 29, Ruby Executive Josh Morros completed his 2,700-mile bicycle ride for brain injury awareness. Josh's "Because I Can" Ride took him across 10 states all the way to the headquarters of the Brain Injury Association of America in Virginia. When he arrived in Virginia, a check from MonaVie in the amount of US$2,500 was waiting for him.
"Josh exemplifies all the values we honor at MonaVie, including perseverance, dedication, and an incredible work ethic," said Jeff Graham, MonaVie President of North America Sales. "We are extremely proud to have him representing MonaVie each and every day, and we'll continue to do what we can to support him in his quest for brain injury awareness."
Josh made a miraculous recovery after falling into a coma and being diagnosed with traumatic brain injury following a horrific motocross accident at the AMA National Hare and Hound competition in 2008.
"Nutrition was a big part of my recovery, and MonaVie became my number one drink," Josh says. "MonaVie will always be number one to me."
