New Gold Executive—Nicole Lindseth

Congratulations to Nicole Lindseth from Bismarck, North Dakota, on achieving the rank of Gold Executive. Here's what she had to say on reaching this impressive milestone…

"My MonaVie journey to Gold has been wonderful. I have met so many amazing people along the way. It's been such a blessing. Being a fitness instructor, I get a high off of helping people lose weight and achieve their goals. With MonaVie RVL, it's been amazing to see the pounds just melt off of people. It is such an awesome feeling to help people reach their goals and obtain good health.

"I am very grateful for my amazing upline, Steph and Jesse Clooten and Scott and Renita Brannan. It is so great to surround yourself with positive, encouraging people. My team has been wonderful! I couldn't have done it without them.

"I love the amazing nutrition in all the products. It makes it easy to get great nutrition. I know the products work. I have seen them help improve people's health time and time again.

"When I was first introduced to MonaVie, I wasn't interested in the business opportunity. I was just interested in the health aspect of it. Working full time as a graphic designer, part time as a fitness instructor, and part time as a photographer, I felt I didn't have time for anything else. I am sure glad that I made time for it! If it is important to you, you find a way to work it into your schedule. No excuses! The business opportunity is amazing. It has got me dreaming again. The sky is the limit! Dream big, my friends!"

A More Meaningful Life: Kyle Kilman Loses 264 Pounds and Counting on MonaVie RVL!

An injury at the workplace resulted in the removal of Kyle Kilman's right fibula, and a consequent post-op infection led to him developing lymphedema in both thighs. Over the ensuing months, Kyle more than doubled in weight and suffered a bout with depression. Then, a friend introduced him to MonaVie RVL. Here's what Kyle had to say about his journey…

"At the time of my injury, I was 260 pounds. The complications of my surgeries made me home- and wheelchair-bound, and nothing I was used to doing was any longer possible. Everything I had passion for in life was no longer possible. It's sad to say but I was just waiting to die.

"When I got my hands on MonaVie RVL, I followed the program with exactness. To my surprise, I have had amazing results! I find the shakes and snacks bars to be very enjoyable and great tasting. I am losing weight, and I'm able to keep it off. I currently weigh 302 pounds and getting closer and closer to my goal weight of 248 pounds.

"The MonaVie RVL program has not been difficult at all. You will hit some plateaus, but don't get discouraged. Just stick to the program and you will soon find great success. When I wake up in the morning, I have a cup of coffee, a bottle of water, four ounces of MonaVie Active, a MonaVie RVL Dietary Supplement, and then a delicious MonaVie RVL shake.

"At noon, I have half a snack bar, a bottle of water, another supplement, and another RVL shake. Throughout the afternoon, I drink at least six bottles of water, four ounces of MonaVie Active, and the other half of my snack bar. For dinner, I have a healthy meal with four ounces of MonaVie Active and more water. Since May 1, 2011, I have lost 264 pounds!

"As I mentioned before, at my highest weight and depression I could no longer pursue my passions in life. Now, I am able to walk again and go fishing in Alaska. This fall, I went elk hunting and was able to walk more in eight days than I have in a very long time. MonaVie RVL has given me a purpose to live and the ability to enjoy my life again.

"I encourage others who are battling with their weight to never, never give up. If I can change even one person's life, I would consider that a success. Remember, MonaVie RVL is not a diet. Diets do not work. MonaVie RVL is a life-changing program, and it works! If anyone out there needs encouragement or has questions, I will try and make myself available."

A More Meaningful Life: Kirstin Sheppard Finds Freedom and Passion with MonaVie RVL

Only 22 years old, Kirstin Sheppard has struggled with her weight her entire life. She's tried dropping the extra pounds in a variety of ways since junior high school, but nothing has worked…until now! Here's what Kirstin had to say about her journey…

"There are many reasons for my weight issues. Family stress has been one of the major contributors. My parents divorced when I was very young, and it was definitely hard on me to constantly go back and forth between houses. I would turn to food for every emotion, especially when I was stressed, upset, or even bored. Food became my constant comfort and friend.

"Being morbidly obese has been extremely difficult. It's something no young person should ever have to deal with. It crushes you. When I needed to fly to visit family, I had to ask for a seatbelt extender because the normal seatbelt wouldn't reach across my belly! It was humiliating and heart breaking. It's also a horrible feeling to go shopping with friends and have to go to a different store because I'm a lot bigger. I would watch them try on clothes and feel like crying every time they tried on something that I would love to wear but couldn't because of my size.

"One of the most embarrassing moments of my life was when I went to a local fair with all of my friends. They wanted to go on a ride, and I was too big to fit in the seat. The ride operator tried three times to get the harness to close over me, but it wouldn't. It was so embarrassing when I had to walk off the ride while everyone was watching and laughing. Taking pictures is another nightmare. I've never liked the way my body looked, so I would always take the picture myself because I could angle the camera to make myself look better.

"MonaVie RVL is giving me the life that I've never had! I feel like it's a huge blessing from God. He put me in the right place at the right time to meet my sponsor and open me up to this amazing opportunity. It's truly been life changing.

"MonaVie RVL fits into my lifestyle so well. I follow the program as laid out by MonaVie. I have a shake in the morning, and I have my snack bar and supplement two and a half hours later. At lunch, I have my second shake and another snack bar and supplement two and a half hours later. Three hours after that, I have dinner, which usually consists of a salad or chicken and veggies.

"Now I've kicked it up a notch by adding a lot more water and exercise to my program, and I'm seeing even better results! I exercise one hour in the morning and one hour after dinner. I thought it would be difficult not being able to eat the things I wanted when I wanted; however, I don't have those cravings with MonaVie RVL. I've discovered through this process that I would rather eat healthier and live a longer, happier life.

"I began RVL on August 1, 2011, and I've already lost 34 pounds! That is the most weight I have ever slimmed down in my life! MonaVie RVL is a simple and easy program to follow. It's a no-brainer! I feel confident throughout the day because I know what I'm going to eat, and it's very healthy and nutritious.

"My goal is to lose another 156 pounds. With MonaVie RVL, that doesn't seem so far away! I have a whole bucket list of things that I want to do when I get to my goal weight, including skydiving, going on a cruise, and going on every rollercoaster (well, most of them) in California. I am also going to go on a shopping spree and buy a whole new wardrobe. By the 2012 Convention of the Americas in St. Louis, you will see an all-new Kirstin, and I can't wait!

"MonaVie has truly given me a more meaningful life in so many ways. I had a good life before because of God, and I believe that God has led me to this wonderful company. I believe I will finally be able to live to my fullest potential, physically and financially, because of MonaVie. I currently have to work two jobs, and it still isn't enough for me to become self-sufficient. Because of MonaVie, I now have the keys to my financial freedom.

"My goal is to become a Royal Black Diamond and above! I want to travel all over the world to help as many people as I can; this is my passion! Thank you, MonaVie, for giving me this chance to save, to change, and to live a more meaningful life!"

Cruise for Gold Qualifiers—Tammy and Phil Poulin

Congratulations to Tammy and Phil Poulin from London, Ontario, Canada, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here's what they had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

"Phil and I were introduced to MonaVie almost three years ago by my sister and her husband, Tanya and Dean Pekeski. We had great results from drinking MonaVie Active but never thought to pursue the business opportunity. Four months after feeling the benefits, we started to share it with friends and family.

"Words can't explain what we have experienced in this journey of relational marketing. We have experienced such personal growth and have also seen this in our team. You can't put a price on sharing products that are changing people's health and finances.

"Phil, who owns a traditional business, sees the simplicity in MonaVie of having no overhead, no staff, no inventory, and no headaches! It has been an incredible journey so far. Not only have we reconnected with our longtime friends, we have met some incredible new friends that we will have for a lifetime.

"We will continuously change lives, one person at a time! Dallin Larsen is right: MonaVie is the best company for the world! There is no greater feeling than being able to go on a cruise with your friends and family. Thank you, MonaVie, for this amazing opportunity! Bon voyage!"

Cruise for Gold Qualifiers—Angela and Jim Murdock

Congratulations to Angela and Jim Murdock from Jupiter, Florida, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here's what they had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

"It is really great to qualify for the Cruise for Gold, not only for ourselves as we are both senior citizens but also for our team. 'If we can do it, you can do it' has been our motto right from the get-go. We're excited about qualifying; however, it is a team effort and we are continuing to work with others to bring as many as we can along with us.

"Living in Florida offers us the unique ability to present a special challenge to those team members who live up north and west to qualify for the cruise. It's made it more fun and more personal, allowing those who qualify to spend a couple of days before or after the cruise at our home. We are really looking forward to spending quality time with quality folks.

"Our advice is to contact, contact, contact! This is the key, not only for the Cruise for Gold promotion but also for our day-to-day business activities. Keeping in contact with our team and leaders gives us all more energy, enthusiasm, and confidence in MonaVie and each other. The cruise is a priority in our conversations with new people, our downline, and our upline. Speaking to them about the cruise from the opening to the close of the conversation, we challenge each other to qualify. There is still time left to qualify! Your next new enrollee could be the one to set you on this cruise, as well as light a fire under your whole organization. Have a never-give-up attitude.

"We are hitting the road one more time before the qualifying period ends, traveling several thousand miles to areas where we have distributors. We will bring with us our excitement at qualifying for this great promotion and encourage others to do the same. We do not want to be the only ones on our team going on this cruise, so we will be pulling out all the stops to bring some of our folks with us.

"We are both so proud to be a part of this MonaVie family with likeminded people. It is our duty to pass this opportunity on to everyone we come in contact with. Whether they will benefit from the health aspect, the business opportunity, or just being a part of something bigger than oneself, share it daily! I am Angela Murdock; I am a breast cancer survivor; and, I am MonaVie! I am Jim Murdock, and I am MonaVie!"

Cruise for Gold Qualifiers—Dan and Nancy Zeller

Congratulations to Dan and Nancy Zeller from Hobbs, New Mexico, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here's what they had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

"Qualifying for the Cruise for Gold has been an amazing journey and a true confidence builder. My family is very proud of the goals I set for myself and achieved. With the help of some truly special people who always offer encouragement, our MonaVie team here in southeast New Mexico is a real inspiration.

"One of the best tools I will continue to use has been listening to conference calls on a weekly basis. The positive energy from those calls really encouraged me to write down my goals and the date I wanted to reach them. It is absolutely true that if you can see what you want to achieve and believe in it, nothing can stop you.

"Keeping our team by the fire and staying plugged in on our team Facebook page keeps us constantly engaged in answering any questions or receiving information on our weekly tasters. Our team has become family, and we hold group dinners to uplift and encourage each other's continued success. We also have team promotions to encourage people to go out and get their Cruise for Gold trip.

"I am most looking forward to spending time with my husband on our first cruise. The education and wonderful leadership MonaVie is providing for us will be amazing, and I can hardly wait to soak it up like a sponge. I pray for God to open my eyes and my heart to receiving all the inspiring information that will be presented to us."

Cruise for Gold Qualifiers—Donald and Marilee Matz

Congratulations to Donald and Marilee Matz from Landrum, South Carolina, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here's what they had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

"Qualifying for the Cruise for Gold means we are halfway to being free. It also means we are being rewarded for the work we have completed. Learning more about this wonderful company is an exciting experience.

"What's helped us get to where we are today is continuing to meet new people and make new friends. We follow and duplicate our upline and attend most events and tasting parties. Being branded keeps the excitement up. Step up your pace, and increase your excitement. Do not allow negativity in your business. Carry juice with you. Listen to your prospects and your upline.

"Keep your team informed. Make sure they know how to access their Virtual Office. Advise them on the tools they need, including DVDs, CDs flip charts, posters, business cards, etc. Be there to support and encourage.

"We are looking forward to meeting great leaders who want us to succeed and to learning more techniques that will help us advance in rank. We can't wait to exchange ideas, learn from peers and leaders, and see how others are meeting their goals.

"We thank our upline (Diamonds Stan and Claudia Simpson and Rubies Alan and Pat Carron) for our success."

A More Meaningful Life: Firefighter Regains Fire Within After Debilitating Accident

Beginning March 10, 2011, life as Rob and Jennifer Hudnet knew it would never be the same.

A Baltimore Washington International Airport firefighter, Rob was involved in a disastrous accident at a loading dock. A freight of supplies came down on and crushed his right foot; and, though surgeons worked for hours to mitigate the damage, the gruesome mishap left Rob without his first three toes.

The injury forced Rob out of work—he had been working full time as a firefighter and as an ambulance driver—and landed him on workers' compensation, which restricts him from earning income outside of the money he receives from disability. The snowball kept rolling, as he was unable to achieve any standard of independence during a less-than-smooth recovery and rehabilitation. Rob's wife, Jennifer, would have to quit her part-time job at a doctor's office to take care of him and their daughter, who was 10 months old at the time.

"This is when everything really started to get hard and really get us depressed," Rob recalls. "We lost over half of our income, and we were facing the possibility of losing our house."

Off and Running
It was at a local car show that Rob and Jennifer were first introduced to MonaVie. The couple attended the event as a favor to a family friend, Greg Weller, who set up a tent at the show to promote MonaVie and the MORE Project. There, they met Bob Pirrello and received a MonaVie RVL 3-Day Sample Pack.

Combined with his extensive workout program through ongoing physical therapy, Rob lost more than six pounds during his MonaVie RVL trial run. He then got on the phone with Greg.

"What do I need to do to stay on this product," Rob asked.

Greg drove to Rob and Jennifer's place that night and brought a month's supply of MonaVie RVL. Greg enrolled the Hudnets and even paid for their first order, as he knew they had fallen on hard times.

"Jen and I just sat there in shock because we didn't really know Greg that well at the time,"
Rob says. "We had only met him a few times through my dad. But, because of his generosity we were off and running."

Taking a Chance
The generosity of family and friends has been a common theme throughout this journey for Rob and Jennifer. With the help of charitable loved ones, they were able to make their house payment when they were the most down on their luck. And, when their first AutoShip payment came due, they weren't sure they could make it. It was around that time that Bob and his wife, Stacey, called to ask if there was anything they could do to help the Hudnets.

"I told them that I love the product," Rob says. "I just needed to be able to build the business so I could stay on the product."

The Pirrellos thought about it and came up with a rather creative way to help Rob and Jen remain on AutoShip. On their weekly conference call with their team, Bob and Stacey offered one hundred dollars to the first 10 distributorships who enrolled two new people on AutoShip. Rob and Jen held a tasting party that same week and enrolled Rob's dad. During a one-on-one with their neighbor, they enrolled their second person of the week.

The prize money helped Rob and Jennifer gather enough earnings to remain active on AutoShip. And, the chance that the Pirrellos took on the Hudnets has proven to pay off, as Rob and Jennifer are now Star 500s who hold tasting parties every week with the support of their upline. Their goal is to become Bronze Executives by the end of November.

"We have many goals to hit in this company," Rob says, "and we're so excited to reach them."

Recovery
When Rob started his MonaVie RVL program, he weighed 224 pounds, was out of work, enduring grueling rehabilitation, and falling deeper into a devastating depression. Today, he is 27 pounds lighter and has come a long way since discovering he would have to relearn how to manage his everyday life as he lay in the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

"MonaVie has changed my life and given us something to look forward to as a family," Rob says. "The best part of my program is that it's a strength-building program with the goal of getting me back to work. I'm not at the final weight I want to be at, but I am at a point where I am no longer depressed and can see the light at the end of the tunnel."
