New Ruby Executives—Randy and Kellie Keling
Congratulations to Randy and Kellie Keling from Wentzville, Missouri, on achieving the rank of Ruby Executive. Here's what they had to say on reaching this impressive milestone...
"This is the best company we have ever been affiliated with. We have an awesome team in the St. Louis area, and we expect more great and awesome things to come from them!
"Our road to Ruby was fun, a great learning experience, humbling, and frustrating all at the same time. It took tenacity, work, and the belief that God would honor our commitments and our work. We have always been told that God honors commitments and to pray like it depends on God and work like it depends on us.
"We have never been afraid of work, but you have to be teachable and willing to lead; don't just follow. We never expect anyone to do more than we are willing to do, and we will continue that policy. We provide an atmosphere where everyone has the chance to grow, lead, and thrive in this wonderful MonaVie opportunity.
"The products are incomparable, and MonaVie RVL is the easiest system we have ever participated in to lose weight. I have lost 33 pounds, and Kellie has lost 20 pounds. It makes it easy to promote RVL to others when they can see our results. The glucosamine in MonaVie Active has also helped my elbow and hand joints, as I have taped drywall for 32 years.
"We are truly blessed to reach the Ruby level, as the construction industry has become very slow and our MonaVie income has filled a needed gap. Kellie is able to stay at home and watch our first grandson instead of him having to go to a day care, which means a lot to our daughter.
"Some advice we would like to share on building the business is to believe in yourself first, and then believe and pour yourself into your team players that want it and will allow you to become best friends with them. We quit trying to pull people along that were not ready. Find a mentor and buddy, and seek that special relationship with them. Then, have fun; have fun; have fun! Attack your dreams!"
