July 2009 Ruby Fly-In Recap

MonaVie's Executive Team shared heartfelt stories with the newest distributor leaders gathered at the Zermatt Resort & Spa in Midway, Utah, July 15-18, 2009. In the second Ruby Fly-In event of the year, distributors enjoyed a week of relaxation, shopping, golfing, and fun.

MonaVie's Commitment
At Thursday's meeting, distributors heard from a variety of MonaVie corporate representatives. After hearing some inspiring stories from distributors, MonaVie Founder, Chairman, and CEO Dallin A. Larsen praised the new Ruby Executives for their perseverance, commitment, and hard work. In return, Dallin made a commitment to distributors: "MonaVie's corporate staff is not going to quit until we finish what we started. Our vision is to become a $20 billion business!"

MORE Mexico
Dallin also shared with distributors how MonaVie is extending the MORE Project to Mexico. This announcement was made official at MonaVie's grand opening celebration in Mexico on July 11. Called MORE Mexico, Fundación Mexico Unido has partnered with MonaVie to help build schools, support underprivileged teens, and give back to children with disabilities all across Mexico. Giving back is forever ingrained into the MonaVie culture, Dallin said, and is part of the reason why this company is so great.

MonaVie University Goes Global
Jeff Graham, vice president of product management, encouraged distributors to direct all product questions to MonaVie's product development team by sending an email to productquestions@monavie.com. Most questions will be answered within 24 hours. Meanwhile, Barry Phillips, director of training and development, announced that MonaVie University will become available to each of our current international markets by 2010.

Toward the meeting's end, Founder and Vice Chairman Henry Marsh told distributors that there is a big difference between being proactively productive versus reactively busy. When you are proactively productive you can take control of your life and business.

MonaVie has two more Ruby Fly-In events left for 2009. Here is a reminder of the dates and qualification deadlines:

  • September 30-October 3, 2009 at the Zermatt Resort & Spa, Midway, Utah (Qualification deadline is July 25, 2009)
  • Asia-Pacific Ruby Fly-In in Sydney, Australia, October 7-9, 2009 (Qualification deadline is August 14, 2009)
