Product Offering Update: MonaVie (M)m?n™ and MonaVie Original™ Juice

In conjunction with the recent launch of new MonaVie (M)m?n, please review the following information:

• Three cases of MonaVie (M)m?n is the largest offering available, as the product is not available in 6-case and 12-case offerings.

• A 3-case order of MonaVie (M)m?n is worth 300 PV, an increase from the usual 250 PV on a 3-case order. (This also applies to MonaVie Original juice.)

• A 3-case order of MonaVie (M)m?n does not come with a Bulk Order Bonus. (This also applies to MonaVie Original juice.)

Compensation Plan Update: Top Retailers Bonus

MonaVie is pleased to announce yet another enhancement to the MonaVie Compensation Plan—the Top Retailers Bonus. This new bonus is paid on top of the compensation paid in the past. With the addition of the Top Retailers Bonus, there are now 9 Ways to Earn Income!

The Top Retailers Bonus rewards distributors who achieve high retail sales to Preferred Customers. Distributors who have at least five Preferred Customer sales may also earn a share in the Top Retailers Bonus pool.

Following is a more detailed description of the Top Retailers Bonus:

Distributors who achieve high retail sales* (with a minimum of five sales to separate preferred customers) over a four week period will be rewarded with a Top Retailers Bonus. The distributor with the most authenticated sales to his or her Preferred Customers will receive a bonus of 4,000 GBU. The next three distributors with the most volume from qualified retail and Preferred Customer sales will receive a bonus of 2,000 GBU. All remaining distributors with sales to at least five different Preferred Customers during the four week incentive period will earn a share of a pool equal to at least 1% of the total Preferred Customer Personal Volume.

* The Top Retailers Bonus is awarded to the top retailers worldwide and is not determined by country. Preferred Customer sales to the same shipping address or to the distributor’s shipping address do not qualify.

“We are forever grateful to long-time friends and Crowne Black Diamonds Steve and Gina Merritt for sharing MonaVie with our family. After three phone calls over a period of eight months we finally got started by sharing the juice and opportunity. Al spoke ‘life’ into our business from the beginning. Join Henry Marsh at the Indianapolis Open Meeting, January 26

MonaVie Founder and Vice Chairman Henry Marsh will be joined by Black Diamond Executive Bo Van Pelt at the Indianapolis Open Tasting Meeting, Tuesday, January 26, at 7:30 p.m. Henry, the most prolific distance runner in U.S. history, is a four-time Olympian, who won 10 national titles and held the American record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for an unprecedented 27 years.

Blake Schroeder Named Regional Managing Director of Europe

MonaVie is pleased to announce the appointment of Blake Schroeder as Regional Managing Director of Europe.

Prior to this appointment, Blake served as Associate General Counsel for MonaVie and was responsible, in part, for the company's international legal operations. Most recently, Blake served as General Manager of MonaVie Israel. Under his strong leadership, Blake was responsible for launching full-business operations in Israel in March 2009. Blake has earned a B.S. degree in finance from Utah State University and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. Before joining MonaVie, Blake practiced law in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Free Enrollment Ends Tuesday, January 5, 2010

As 2009 comes to a close, we remind you that the free enrollment program will be discontinued on January 5, 2010. Thank you for making the program a success throughout the year.

Although the enrollment fee is a modest one (US$39), it is a great way to make contacts with serious business builders by filtering out those who are not interested in building a MonaVie business and committing those who do join the MonaVie family. (Remember, your new Preferred Customers can always enroll for free with any purchase.)
