Congratulations to Gail Boone from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, on achieving the rank of Blue Diamond Executive. Here's what she had to say on reaching this impressive milestone...
"The road to Blue Diamond was awesome! The greatest part of the journey has been working with great people and helping others become successful.
"What helped me become successful in MonaVie are my strong beliefs in the product, the industry, and MonaVie as a company. Also, staying focused, setting goals, following the system, and doing the work brought me success.
"My 'reason' kept me focused. I believe that if you don't have a strong enough 'reason,' the negatives in this business will kill you. Your 'reason' needs to be bigger and more powerful than you or money because it will motivate you to do things that you don't always want to do. It will also help you give up the useless time wasters that many of us do daily. Turn off the television, and turn on your telephone!
"You must set goals. Goals need to be written down, or they are just wishes. Review your goals daily, and revise them regularly. They are your map to success. How do you know which way to go without a map?
"Follow the system. Why reinvent the wheel? There are many millionaires in MonaVie. If you want to be one, follow one. There are no shortcuts in this business. You need to work at your business daily. The more people you talk to and pour juice for, the greater your chances for success will be. Be productive every day.
"I've spent almost two decades in this industry, and I can say that MonaVie is very unique because of the incredible founders and management team. Their drive for excellence has spilled down through the entire MonaVie corporate office and into the field. MonaVie believes its distributors are its most important asset. This is clearly demonstrated by the way they treat and reward distributors—5,000 percent better than the rest!
"Keep your pipeline full, and work productively every day. Whether it is 15 minutes or eight hours, take advantage of every opportunity to share the product and the business. Be enthusiastic, and have fun. Don't try to be an expert. Find out who is open to becoming healthier and wealthier today. Lastly, work local; think global!"
