BRAZIL'S FIRST SUPER REGIONAL
Music. Motivation. Synergy.
Brazil's first Super Regional event on March 14, 2009, left distributors inspired, motivated, and energized with new leadership tactics to help their business explode!
"This event was very special. Everyone was super excited," said Diamond Executive Marcelo Serakides. "MonaVie really showed its grandeur with this event. I have more than 18 years of experience in the industry, and I have never seen so much credibility and commitment from a company with their distributors."
MonaVie Brazil's General Manager Mauricio Patrocinio and Director of Distributor Relations Eduardo Frayha gave welcome speeches that sparked a lively audience who packed a hotel conference room in Sao Paulo.
Besides recognizing and rewarding distributors, MonaVie leaders used the regional to create an atmosphere of learning and unity, and to promote the MORE Project.
Mauricio opened the meeting by reminding distributors about some of the top reasons to believe in MonaVie:

MONAVIE LEADERS REV UP BRAZIL
Henry Marsh, cofounder and executive vice president, discussed the importance of creating a plan of action for setting and reaching goals.
Jeff Graham, vice president of product management, left the crowd buzzing when he announced that MonaVie would soon announce new products! Future communications on these products will be posted on MonaVie On the Move.
Wayne Moorehead, vice president of marketing, spoke about the importance of the MonaVie brand and MonaVie Mall. He tossed t-shirts, caps, tasting cups, and mouse pads to the excited crowd. These items and more are in stock and available at www.monaviemall.com.
Wayne also introduced the new World of Opportunity brochure in Portuguese. The well-designed brochure explains about the awards and recognitions distributors can receive with MonaVie. The brochure is available to Brazilian distributors through their Virtual Office.

The MORE Project-Changing Lives, Restoring Families
In an emotional moment, Sérgio Ponce, director of the MORE Project, showed pictures of a recently dedicated house provided to a struggling family through the MORE Project. The family then came on stage and spoke about how their lives have changed for the better.
Katy Holt-Larsen, global director of the MORE Project, also spoke about the different activities and specialized programs sponsored by the MORE Project. Beyond responding to basic needs, the MORE Project provides schooling and dental care for children, as well as essential job training for adults.
Two baskets were put on stage for the MORE Project. Mauricio asked distributors to contribute, not necessarily with money, but with messages of love, hope, and support to the deprived families and children in Brazil.

TOP BLACK DIAMONDS SHARE MONAVIE PASSION
Royal Black Diamond Scott Olsen fueled the audience with his speech about the importance of supporting your downline.
The next to speak was Crowne Black Diamond Executive Brig Hart. In a passionate speech, Brig passed on a message of motivation to everyone and invited the audience to be more dedicated to the business.
"Let's go play and put fuel on the fire!" Brig said.
Before the closing of the event, Mauricio called all of the international distributors on stage and presented to them a t-shirt from Brazil personalized with each of their names!

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
The highlight of the event was the recognition of Brazil's top distributors.
New Bronze and Silver distributors were recognized on stage by the MonaVie management team. Gold, Ruby, and Emerald Executives were also recognized, and received their respective pins.
"This event was phenomenal-a mark of growth for MonaVie in Brazil," said Evando Junior, a new Ruby. "Now, we have a gigantic force behind us. At MonaVie, the distributor always comes first. If you fight for your goals, you will be rewarded."
Gabriel and Leandro Kenski were announced as MonaVie's newest Emeralds. They received a loud applause by the audience as they commented about MonaVie's strong momentum in Brazil. "We, like everyone, are very enthusiastic, and this enthusiasm will generate business," Gabriel Kenski said.
MOMENTUM BRAZIL WINNERS
After months of dedication and commitment, the five distributors that accumulated the most points as part of the Momentum Brazil Promotion took the stage and received a commemorative trophy.
In addition, MonaVie sent them on an exciting trip to the extraordinary Ariaú Amazon Tower Hotel. The hotel is a luxurious complex, built entirely above the Amazon jungle. The winners were:

A SURPRISED GUEST
Near the end of the event, Mauricio introduced a woman he admired in Ana Maria Braga. The famous Brazilian TV host and personality was impressed with the energy she felt from the distributors. As a consumer of MonaVie, she also shared her excitement for the product and the impact MonaVie is having on Brazil-from the growing MORE Project to helping the rainforest through sustainable harvesting to improving people's lives.
THE BIG SEND OFF
To cap off the event, Mauricio thanked distributors for being part of a special story in Brazil. He then played a clip from the film Brave Heart that showed precisely how to act as a leader to motivate your team!
"This was a culminating event that showcased MonaVie's initial development in Brazil," Mauricio said. "We know that by doing the right thing and having good ethics, we will always have infinite opportunities. I am very proud of our distributors, as well as our staff that continually put forth a great effort to accomplish extraordinary things.
