Cruise for Gold Qualifiers—Paula and Greg Lazzari

Congratulations to Paula and Greg Lazzari from Cortland, Ohio, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip! Here's what they had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

"When my husband and I started our journey with MonaVie in 2009, we had amazing health results on the product. Through the education and support from MonaVie, we have really altered our family's view on health, what we put into our bodies, and have been able to help many others do the same. Qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip is a public statement of a milestone for us. We pushed through the disbelief and made examples of our own bodies and health. This award is opening some of our friends' and family's eyes to the world of health and wealth through helping others.

"In September 2011, Greg and I made the decision that we were going to submit to the system that was in place and earn the cruise so we could show others how it can be done. I started each week by contacting my team members and helping them set weekly goals, create a plan of action, and then help them execute it. Then, I would look at my own list of prospects, contact and invite, show the plan, and place product with 4–5 new people per week.

"We led our team by example! We were on the conference calls, having our own tasting parties, sponsoring new people, reading for inspiration and the development of new skills, and making the necessary sacrifices for success. We also focused on meeting people where they were. It is key to ask a lot of questions, see what is important to your people, and then help them get what's important to them. If making an additional $20,000 per year is their goal, then we would walk them through that process and point them to that goal. This business is about helping people get what they want, not imposing your goals onto them. We ask everyone for a goal they want to achieve within the next 6–12 months, break down the activities they will need to do daily, weekly, and monthly to reach that goal, and then get their agreement that they are willing to do the activities.

"To qualify for any level within MonaVie, you have to first make the decision that you will do it. Then, set a date that you want to accomplish it by and spell out the daily activities you need to do to reach the goal. The best way to do this is to stay plugged into your active upline, attend all of the events with your team, participate in the corporate and upline conference calls, and do something every day to grow your business.

"We have launched a 10,000-pound-weight-loss challenge for our area, and we went out and sponsored some fitness professionals as distributors to help lead the RVLution in our area. We will be offering free fitness classes, free tastings of the RVL and MonaVie juice blends, and education on health and fitness topics. We are showing members of our team how to implement this same challenge and program through starting a RVLution. We now have a great team growing in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, area that will launch this RVLution too. With the 1, 2, Free! program, it is simple to encourage each person to come back to the next meeting with two friends who are also wanting to take control of their health.

"My husband and I have not been on a vacation without our three children in 12 years, so we are looking forward to some time together. We are excited to be surrounded by other likeminded people so that we can return home charged and ready to help eight people reach the Cruise for Gold by July of this year.
