Cruise for Gold Qualifier—Bear Harris

Congratulations to Bear Harris from Costa Mesa, California, on qualifying for the Cruise for Gold trip. Here’s what he had to say about qualifying for the cruise…

“When I qualified for the trip, I was not even thinking about trying to go; rather, I was diligently focused on making greatness attainable for all. I took myself completely out of the equation. I did not try to stack any weeks just to go; I was focused on teaching people how to work through the paid-as AutoShip calendar. The takeaway I learned from this is: Don’t leave anything on the table. I also believe it’s important to take advantage of every opportunity for personal leadership growth. And, finally, remember to follow up with your people—endeavor to not leave anyone behind.

“By the time the cruise date gets here, it’s my desire that people will forget that I'm going; it’s a new day! I've got 90 days until the Christmas holidays, and I want to continue to set the pace for my team and give people a safe place to grow and shine. I want to bring out the best in people and help them attain greatness.

“You can do the same. Practice does not make perfect; practice makes permanent. Practice something right, and it will always be right. You, too, have 90 days to redefine your role in MonaVie. If you need leadership, then lead. If you need to do more, then do more. If you need to learn more, learn more. But run your race and give everything you have. The journey will be amazing, and you will find yourself moving from success to significance.

“My name is Bear Harris, and I am MonaVie!”
