Since the news that obesity has become a growing epidemic in the United States, Canada and elsewhere in the Western world, health and nutrition experts have been coming out with new methods to live a healthier lifestyle and to maintain a proper diet. Although the obesity rates have remained steady, a lot more people are becoming health conscious and even perhaps health gurus.
