Easy & Delicious Summer Recipes (No Oven Required)
Summer’s here! It’s time to gather some fun recipes that won’t require extended periods in a hot kitchen. Watermelon Mango Salad
This recipe combines cubed fruit with honey, lime juice and a bit of salt. If mangos aren’t available, try kiwi and pineapple. Delicious and super easy to throw together on a hot day!
This dip, traditionally made with Greek yogurt, is simple to make. Just add lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic and cucumbers. You can serve with triangles of pita bread or, to sneak in some more veggies and forego the carbs, serve as a dip with a veggie tray.
Grilled Okra & Tomatoes
This makes a great, healthy side dish when you’re grilling out. You skewer onions, okra and cherry tomatoes dressed in a light mixture of olive oil and spices and pop them on the grill.
