Two weeks ago, MonaVie received its fourth patent. MonaVie is the only company  in the entire world who has been awarded a Composition of Matter Patent. This patent protects 18 individual claims on the composition of matter, which means, anyone who makes, uses, or sells the claimed acai composition, for any purpose, anywhere in the international markets, is infringing on MonaVie’s Composition of Matter Patent.
