As the director of product development for a now billion dollar network marketing company, he successfully launched dozens of new products in the competitive global health and wellness market. Dell was most recently a founding partner of a global, market share leading, healthcare strategy consulting firm, assisting clients in achieving competitive advantage amidst changing reimbursement models and growing competition. Prior to earning the title of President and COO, Dell served as an advisor to and general manager of MonaVie, where he was instrumental in advancing the remarkable growth of the company. Dell received an MBA from the prestigious Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and holds a BS from Brigham Young University.
