THE MORE PROJECT
What is the MORE Project?
The MORE Project is a non-profit organization, located in Niterói, in Rio de Janeiro, sponsored exclusively by MonaVie. The MORE Project provides shelter, clothing, affection and, above all, hope for impoverished children and adults living in the region.
The MORE Project represents the heart and soul of MonaVie and is our way of repaying the generous land that is Brazil.
Mom's House is a shelter for children who live in the streets, many of whom have run away from abuse and other hardships. It is a safe and fun place that provides a happy home and love for these dear children.
Dad's House
Many boys in Rio de Janeiro grow up in conditions of extreme poverty, and it is nearly impossible to improve their situations. Father's House gives young men, ages 18 to 25, a chance to learn to be a productive member of society. Unfortunately, many adolescents live lives of violence and crime because they are never taught proper values. Father's House teaches these young men to live with integrity and provides them with a formal education.
Project Believe
A school for children by day and a training center for adults by night, this facility is 100% dedicated to the education of Brazilians. Here, children receive medical and dental assistance as well as two meals per day. As a training center, it teaches adults trades that will help them obtain jobs. The name of this project is Believe because it is a place where people are taught to believe in themselves and to fight for their dreams.
